e-Rupi 

 

e-Rupi is a digital currency Payment app lunched  2nd August 2021 by the Prime Minister of the country Shri Narendra Modi, through this app government aim to promote the digital transactions in India, download this app on your mobile through SMS string or QR code. By this app without any credit or debit card, mobile app, all can take benefits of e-Rupi service. 

It has been developed by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) collaboration with Department of Financial Services (DFS), National Health Authority (NHA), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOHFW).

11 banks connected with e-Rupi. These banks are: Axis Bank, Bank of Baroda, Canara Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Indusind Bank, Indian Bank, Kotak Bank, Punjab National Bank, State Bank of India and Union Bank of India.
